Why Can't I Assign This Package? — troubleshooting capacity
A Customer package can only be assigned when its full entitlement fits on both server agents and cloud connectors.
A package can only be assigned when its complete entitlement fits on both server agents and cloud connectors. Having enough of one but not the other still blocks the assignment.
Example
You have 18 Server Agents and 5 Cloud Connectors available. A new Edge Customer needs 20 Server Agents and 3 Cloud Connectors.
- •Cloud connectors: 5 available, 3 needed — enough.
- •Server agents: 18 available, 20 needed — 2 short.
The Edge package can't be assigned, even though you have spare connectors.
How to Fix It
- •Upgrade your partner package to add capacity. See Partner Capacity Explained.
- •Free up allocation by changing or removing an existing Customer's package assignment. Unused capacity inside another Customer's package stays reserved for that Customer until its assignment changes.
- •Choose a smaller package for the new Customer if it fits their needs.
If You're at 100%
You can't invite more customers until you upgrade your partner package. See Capacity Warnings: 80% and 100%.
