Security alerts
SeqOps raises alerts for security issues across your cloud accounts and servers. Each alert has a severity and a status your team can track. AI-powered analysis explains the issue and suggests a fix.
Security tools produce long lists of alerts, often without context. Your team has to work out what each one means, how serious it is and who should handle it.
Important alerts get lost in a busy inbox. Others land with the wrong person, or with nobody at all. Weeks later, nobody is sure whether the issue was ever fixed.
SeqOps collects every alert in Alert HQ, ranked by severity. Each one explains the issue and suggests a fix. You route it to the right person and channel, then track it until it’s resolved.
Set notification rules by category and severity. Send compliance alerts to one Slack channel and critical issues to another. Use Quiet Hours to hold back non-critical notifications off-hours.
Filter by severity, read the AI-powered analysis and assign an owner. Use bulk actions to acknowledge, assign or resolve several alerts at once.
Move each alert from New to Acknowledged, In progress and Resolved. Mark alerts that don’t apply as False positive, so your list stays accurate.
Filter by severity to put Critical and High alerts at the top. Your team starts with the issues that could matter most.
AI-powered analysis explains each alert and suggests how to fix it. Your team decides on the fix and carries it out.
Send alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira or ServiceNow. Signed webhooks reach any other system that accepts incoming webhooks.
Export alert data to CSV, PDF or Excel. Use it in management reports, audits and reviews of how quickly issues get fixed.
Connected channels are one organisation-wide list, set up under Team & Collaboration → Connected Channels. Email and in-app notifications are configured separately. Webhook payloads are signed, so your endpoint can verify they came from SeqOps. Failed deliveries are retried up to 5 times.
Alerts come from read-only cloud connections and the server agent. SeqOps is hosted in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm). It works alongside your endpoint protection, EDR, MDR or SIEM.
