SeqOps Partner Program
Every customer you invite gets one of four packages: Core, Edge, Max or Max+. You choose the package, and its capacity is allocated from your partner pool.
No prices here: you pay SeqOps under your partner agreement, and you bill your customers yourself.
How it works
In SeqOps, open Invitations and click Invite Customer. You can invite a customer when your pool has enough capacity for their package.
Choose Core, Edge, Max or Max+. The package’s full server agent and cloud connector allocation is reserved from your pool straight away.
Your customer connects cloud accounts and installs server agents. First results appear within 6–24 hours.

Your partner package
Your pool needs at least 100 server agents and 14 cloud connectors. Request a partner offer and SeqOps will suggest the partner package that fits.
Totals assume every customer uses their full package. Assigning a package reserves its full allocation from your pool straight away, even before anything is connected.

Core, Edge and Max include the same capacity and features as on the SeqOps pricing page. Max+ is for partner customers only: everything in Max, with more capacity. The full comparison is on this page.
As soon as you assign it. The package’s full server agent and cloud connector allocation is reserved for that customer straight away, whether or not anything is connected yet. Connecting servers or cloud accounts inside the package deducts nothing further.
You’re warned as your pool fills up. When there isn’t enough capacity left for a customer’s package, upgrade your partner package before you invite more customers. SeqOps never upgrades you automatically.
Yes. You can move a customer to a larger or smaller package.
Your dashboard shows two numbers separately: capacity allocated from your pool, and how much of its own package each customer is using.
No. Your pool needs enough free capacity for the customer’s whole package. Upgrade your partner package to invite more customers.
