Export Control Compliance Declaration

SeqOps AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, declares that it conducts its business in compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (EU Dual-Use Regulation) and applicable EU restrictive measures.

SeqOps AB provides its services in the form of online software tools and cybersecurity solutions. SeqOps AB has undertaken an internal assessment of its products and services under the EU Dual-Use framework and maintains appropriate compliance procedures.

SeqOps AB does not knowingly:

Export, re-export, transfer, or make available its services in violation of applicable export control laws;

Provide services to individuals or entities subject to EU restrictive measures;

Provide services for prohibited end-uses, including military or weapons-related end-use, where restricted under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of SeqOps AB services complies with applicable export control and sanctions laws and must not access or use the services in violation of such laws.

SeqOps AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where it reasonably believes that a breach of export control or sanctions laws may occur.
