    Partner Revenue Model

    How Partner Capacity Works

SeqOps partner capacity is allocation-based: assigning a Customer package reserves its full entitlement immediately.

SeqOps partner capacity is allocation-based, not usage-based. Assigning a Customer to a package reserves that package's full Server Agent and Cloud Connector entitlement from your available capacity immediately — whether the Customer uses all of it, some of it, or none of it.

    The Formula

Available capacity = your partner package capacity − everything allocated through assigned Customer packages

Available capacity is never calculated from day-to-day usage.

    What This Means in Practice

    • •The moment you assign a package, its full entitlement leaves your available capacity.
    • •Installing agents or connecting cloud accounts inside that package deducts nothing further — it was already reserved.
    • •Capacity a Customer isn't using stays reserved for that Customer. It can't be used by a different Customer while the assignment stands.

For a worked example, see Allocated Capacity vs. Customer Usage.

    When a Package Won't Fit

The complete package has to fit on both server agents and cloud connectors. See Why Can't I Assign This Package?.

    Warnings and Limits

You're notified at 80% of allocated capacity. When there isn't enough capacity left for a new customer's package, you can't invite more customers until you upgrade. See Capacity Warnings: 80% and 100%.
