Azure vulnerability scanning
Connect Azure with a read-only app registration. SeqOps scans your subscriptions automatically and rates every finding on five severity levels. Your team sees what to fix first, and how.
Every new virtual machine, storage account and role assignment changes your exposure. Settings are spread across subscriptions, resource groups and portal pages.
Small teams can't check them all by hand, let alone decide what matters first. Then auditors ask for evidence that controls are in place. Collecting it by hand takes time you don't have.
SeqOps puts your Azure findings in one prioritised list, next to AWS, Google Cloud and your servers. Each finding has a severity, remediation guidance and an owner you can assign.
SeqOps builds an inventory of the resources in each connected subscription. It checks their configuration for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and access risks.
Register an application in Azure and create a client secret with an expiry date. Grant the app the Reader role on the subscription through Access control (IAM).
Add the Account Tag, Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID and Subscription ID. Click Test Credentials, then save once the test succeeds.
Your resource inventory starts to fill. Findings follow within 24 hours of connecting (6–24 hours). Each is ranked from Critical to Informational, with guidance on the fix.
Connect several subscriptions under one tenant for consolidated reporting. Their findings appear in one prioritised list, alongside AWS, Google Cloud and your servers.
Five severity levels, from Critical to Informational, show what to fix first. Each alert carries remediation guidance and AI-powered analysis that explains the issue. Send alerts to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, ServiceNow or a webhook.
SeqOps checks your Azure configuration against the compliance frameworks in your plan. Export compliance results as PDF or CSV to support your audit preparation.
Assign findings to team members. Move alerts from New to Acknowledged, In progress and Resolved. Accept a risk or mark a false positive when a finding doesn't apply.
SeqOps connects through an app registration with the Reader role on the subscription you choose. It has read-only access and can't change your cloud configuration.
The client secret is encrypted before storage. Note its expiry date: when the secret expires, the connection stops working. Renew it before it lapses.
SeqOps collects configuration metadata only, stored in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm). Connections use TLS in transit, and sign-in supports multi-factor authentication. Admin actions and partner sessions are recorded in each organisation's audit log.
