Partner Capacity Explained
What the capacity in your partner package covers, and how to get more.
Each partner package includes a fixed amount of server agent and cloud connector capacity to allocate across your customers.
Package sizes and prices are part of your partner offer and aren't published. To find out which package fits, request a partner offer. Every partner is approved after a meeting with the partnership team.
What the Capacity Covers
Capacity is allocated, not metered: assigning a Customer package deducts its full entitlement from your partner package straight away. See How Partner Capacity Works.
Upgrading
You're notified at 80% of allocated capacity. When there isn't enough capacity left for a new customer's package, upgrade your partner package before you invite more customers. Upgrades always need your confirmation — SeqOps never upgrades your package or charges you automatically. See Capacity Warnings: 80% and 100%.
