Signing Up: Self-Serve Plans vs. Enterprise
How to sign up for Core, Edge, or Max directly, and how Enterprise accounts are set up through a sales conversation.
Core, Edge, and Max are self-serve: you sign up directly from the pricing page. Enterprise is scoped with the SeqOps sales team first, and you then receive a SeqOps invite with your package already configured.
Self-Serve Plans: Core, Edge, and Max
- Choose a plan on the pricing page. See Choosing Your Plan: Core vs Edge vs Max vs Enterprise for what each includes.
- Create your account and add a payment card.
- Your 14-day free trial starts. You aren't charged during the trial, and it converts to the plan you selected unless you cancel before it ends. See Your 14-Day Free Trial: What to Expect.
Enterprise
- Contact SeqOps sales to scope your requirements, such as cloud environment and server agent capacity, reporting, and SLA options.
- SeqOps configures your Enterprise package.
- You receive a SeqOps invite. Accept it to sign in to an account that already has your package set up.
After You Sign Up
Your account is ready, but SeqOps can't show results until you connect something to monitor. See What Happens After You Sign Up: Your First 24 Hours for what SeqOps needs access to and how long results take.
