Alerts & Notifications
Connecting Slack, Jira, ServiceNow & Teams
Send SeqOps alerts to Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or a custom webhook.
You connect outbound alert channels under Team & Collaboration → Connected Channels. The supported channel types are Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, Teams, and custom webhook.
Connecting a Channel
- Go to Team & Collaboration → Connected Channels.
- Click Add Channel.
- Enter a Display Name.
- Choose the Channel Type: Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, Teams, or custom webhook.
- Click Connect Channel.
You can remove a connected channel at any time.
Supported Channel Types

- •Custom webhook — For any other system. See Webhook Setup.
PagerDuty is not a supported channel type. To reach an on-call tool, use a custom webhook if the tool accepts incoming webhooks.
One List for the Whole Organisation
Connected channels are a shared, organisation-wide list of destinations for outbound alerts. For email and in-app notification settings, see SeqOps Notification Configuration.
