As a long-term and responsible platform provider, we have established our SaaS security platform on structured governance, controlled development practices, and continuous risk management from inception. Information security is embedded at an organizational level, supported by documented processes, defined accountability, and executive oversight to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, data, and service delivery.
SeqOps doesn’t hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. Our platform and processes are designed with those frameworks in mind.
Security is integrated throughout the entire software lifecycle — from architecture and design to development, testing, deployment, and operations — ensuring that our platform is engineered with security as a foundational principle.
The security metadata SeqOps collects when it scans your environments is processed and stored within the European Union, supporting data sovereignty and regulatory alignment. The platform is architected to process and analyze metadata only and does not access or store customers' business-critical primary data, materially reducing exposure and risk concentration.
With respect to data storage and retention, we apply strict security controls and defined retention policies, supported by controlled and verifiable "one-touch" data destruction principles to ensure secure and irreversible deletion when data is no longer required.
