Partner Package Tiers Explained

SeqOps partner packages come in several sizes. Each one includes server agent and cloud connector capacity that you allocate across your customers.

Package sizes and prices are part of your partner offer and aren't published. To find out which package fits, request a partner offer.

How Partner Packages Work

• •Partners buy capacity, not per-customer subscriptions. You allocate that capacity across your customers.
• •Assigning a Customer package deducts its full entitlement from your partner package straight away. See How Partner Capacity Works.
• •You're notified at 80% of allocated capacity so you can upgrade before you run out. You can't invite more customers when there isn't enough capacity left for their package. See Capacity Warnings: 80% and 100%.

To find out what a new partnership includes, request a partner offer. Every partner is approved after a meeting with the partnership team.
