REST API Overview
Authentication, base URL, key endpoints, and rate limits for the SeqOps REST API.
The SeqOps REST API gives you programmatic access to the platform. Requests are authenticated with a bearer API key and sent to the v1 base URL.
Authentication
All API requests require an API key passed in the Authorization header:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
Generate an API key under Settings → Security. The key is only shown once, so copy it and store it securely.
