Your partner package is a pool of capacity you buy from SeqOps. From it, you give each customer one of four customer packages: Core, Edge, Max or Max+.
No prices here: you pay SeqOps under your partner agreement, and you bill your customers yourself.
What you buy from SeqOps: one pool of server agents and cloud connectors for all your customers. It comes in four sizes; the price is in your partner offer.
What you give each customer: Core, Edge, Max or Max+. Each customer package takes its capacity out of your partner package. These are the packages further down this page.

How it works
In SeqOps, open Invitations and click Invite Customer. You can invite a customer when your partner package has enough free capacity for their customer package.
Choose Core, Edge, Max or Max+. Its full server agent and cloud connector allocation comes out of your partner package straight away.
Your customer connects cloud accounts and installs server agents. First results appear within 6–24 hours.

FAQ
Core, Edge and Max include the same capacity and features as on the SeqOps pricing page. Max+ is for partner customers only: everything in Max, with more capacity. The full comparison is on this page.
As soon as you assign it. The customer package’s full server agent and cloud connector allocation is reserved for that customer straight away, whether or not anything is connected yet. Connecting servers or cloud accounts inside the customer package takes nothing more from your partner package.
You’re warned as your partner package fills up. When there isn’t enough capacity left for a customer package, upgrade your partner package before you invite more customers. SeqOps never upgrades you automatically.
Yes. You can move a customer to a larger or smaller package.
Your dashboard shows two numbers separately: capacity allocated from your partner package, and how much of its own customer package each customer is using.
No. Your partner package needs enough free capacity for the whole customer package. Upgrade your partner package to invite more customers.
