The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall act as a binding contract between you and SeqOpsAB(“SeqOps” or “we” or “our”) including any person legally entitled to act for and on behalf of SeqOps. If you do not wish to bind yourself with the said contract, you are advised to cease further use of our website, software and service.
1.The Agreement, the Parties and the Service
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
The arrangement between the User and SeqOps regarding the Service is comprised of the terms and conditions specified in the Registration Process, which the User must fulfil to gain access to the Service, along with these Terms and Conditions as well as the provisions of the Master Service Agreement, if applicable, collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” Upon checking or ticking the checkbox during the registration process, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, thereby entering into the Agreement with SeqOps.
hese Terms and Conditions shall be applicable not only to the User’s use of SeqOps’s Services but also to thebusiness relationship between the User and the Partner, where applicable.
For the purpose of evaluating, improving and further developing the Service, SeqOps may ask the User to participate in voluntary surveys and interviews from time to time.

SeqOps is a market-leading company centred on cyber-security, infrastructure security and security development for organisations in the EU and India.SeqOps operates as an advanced vulnerability and threat detection platform, specializing in server, infrastructure, and cloud security. SeqOps is dedicated to delivering IT security services and software solutions to both individual customers and businesses. Our strategic focus lies in fostering continuous technological development, adopting and implementing forward-thinking defence methodologies, and crafting specialized solutions that align with the dynamic nature of the technological sphere. Adherence to pertinent cyber-security frameworks and standards is a cornerstone of our operations, as we recognize the critical role of human elements in the cyber-security domain. Our primary objective is to work in partnership with our partners and clients, striving together to bolster the overall security and integrity of the digital landscape.
3. Definitions
in these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the following meanings, except where the context otherwise requires:
Agreement means the terms and conditions specified in the registration process, the contents of these Terms and Conditions as described in Clause 1.1 above and the provisions contained in the Master Service Agreement, if applicable;
Charges means the price payable by the User either to SeqOps or to the Partneras described in the price list offered by SeqOps or the Partner as the case may be;
Code of Conduct means SeqOps’s policy regarding use of its platform, services, software and environment that shall be binding on the User,which can be accessed by clicking here;
Force Majeure Event means an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the party affected (including failures of the internet or any public telecommunications network, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections, power failures, industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, epidemics, pandemics, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks and wars)
Information means the details provided and entered by the User at the of account creation/registration on SeqOps’s Website which may include personal information as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council as pegulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016and under the Digital Personal Data Protection, 2023 (Act No.22 of 2023) passed by the Parliament of India;
Master Service Agreement means the Agreement which may have been entered into between You and SeqOps for the provision of services by SeqOps;
Partner means the legal entity who has entered into a Master Service Agreement with SeqOps and is authorised to on-board users on to SeqOps’s environment in exchange for payment of fees to SeqOps as described in the Master Service Agreement. If You have been on-boarded on to SeqOps by an entity other than SeqOps, such entity shall be deemed to be a Partner;
Registration Process means the act of creating a user account on the website of SeqOps either directly or through an invitation sent to the User by email;
Services means the services procured by You from SeqOps or the Partner, as the case may be, from your use of SeqOps’sWebsite.
Website means this website which is owned, managed and administered by SeqOps through which the Services are provided to You by SeqOps and its Partners.
4. Basic User Requirements
In order to avail the Services, the User must meet the following requirements
- The User must have a computer device with stable internet connectivity;
- The User must register on SeqOps’s Website by following the instructions provided on the account creation/registration page;
- The User must pay the requisite Charges as detailed herebeloweither to SeqOps or to the Partner, as applicable;
- The User must accept these Terms and Conditions and any additional documentation described during the process of account creation/registration.
The User must not reveal their login credentials including passwords to any unauthorised person and shall maintain the same in a manner which does not make it accessible to any unauthorised persons. If User suspects that any unauthorised person may have gained access to the login credentials, such User shall notify SeqOps as well as the Partner, where applicable, immediately. Any activity carried on or purchases made by such unauthorised person shall bind the User unless information relating to unauthorised access to the login credentials has been notified to SeqOps and the Partner.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account Information and for all activities that occur under your account. SeqOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorised use is detected or if the use of the same is in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
In order to use the Service, You may be required to download a software or agent provided by SeqOps and install the same on your personal computer device. You do hereby consent to downloading and installing the same. You further agree that the information provided by you while installing and using the software or agent may be accessed, used and stored by SeqOps and the Partner subject to the condition that such access, use and storage shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Charges, Fees and Payment Terms
SeqOps and the Partner reserve the right to require payment of Charges for certain services. If You choose to sign up for any of theServices that carries Charges, You hereby represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. SeqOps and the Partner reserve the right to change its pricing and fees and to institute new Charges at any time, which shall be updated on the Website. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes Your acceptance of any new or increased Charges and liability to pay the same.
The User shall be liable to pay Charges to SeqOps or the Partner, as the case may be, in accordance with the price list offered by SeqOps or the Partner to the User or any other price agreed upon between the User and SeqOps or the Partner. SeqOps reserves the right to modify or alter the Charges from time to time with or without notice.
SeqOps shall not be responsible for any change of Charges made by the Partner and any such change shall be deemed to be made by the Partner in its sole discretion.
The User shall pay the Charges to SeqOps or the Partner, as applicable, in advance through the modes of payment made available by SeqOps or the Partner.
Any payments made by the User to the Partner shall be deemed to have been made to the Partner separately outside this website and SeqOps shall not in any manner be party to any such payment or be deemed to have received any portion of such payment.
The Users who are required to make payment of Charges to Partners do hereby acknowledge and understand that their use of the Services is subject to payment of fees by the Partners to SeqOps. Should the Partner fail to make timely payments of fees to SeqOpsin accordance with its obligations under the relevant Master Service Agreement, SeqOps reserves the right to suspend the use of its Services by such Partner and all users who may have been on-boarded by such Partner;
Where payments of Charges are made by the User to the Partner, any dispute arising from such payment or any claims for refunds or payment failures shall be brought directly to the notice of the Partner by the User. The Partner alone shall be responsible for any such disputes, refunds or payment failure and the User shall not be entitled to make any claims against SeqOps in relation to any such payment of Charges to the User.
Where the User makes any payment of Charges to SeqOps, the same shall be done through SeqOps’sWebsite only by using any of the modes of payment provided on the payment page by SeqOps. SeqOps shall not be responsible for any payments that may be made by the User to any party which does not involve use of SeqOps’sWebsite.
6. User’s Obligations
You hereby agree that while using the Website and Services, you may avail Services either from SeqOps or from its Partner, as the case may be. Where Services are availed from a Partner, the User acknowledges that the Information provided by the User at the time of account creation/registration and any further use of the Website and Services may be made accessible to the Partner which is a prerequisite for provision of Services by such Partner.
The User further agrees that provision of Services by certain Partners may require the involvement of another Partner or SeqOps itself. Under such circumstances, the User does agree to grant reasonable access to such other Partner or to SeqOps to his/her/their Information, without which the User understands and acknowledges that the provision of Services by such Partner may not be possible.
Where Users are required to provide Services to other users for which they may be required to access Information relating to such other users, such Users shall only access the Information relevant for the provision of the Services and any such access shall be in conformity with these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct and any applicable laws and regulations.
Any Useracting as a Partner must, within a reasonable time, respond to any inquiries, expressions of interest, orders etc. from other Users. The foregoing does, however, not imply on the Partner any obligations to enter into any agreements albeit that the Partner shall make inquiries, orders etc. from otherUsers a top priority and further shall strive to accept orders subject to available capacity.
While using our WebsiteandServices, You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms and Conditions or the applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using SeqOps’ Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any regulations that may bind SeqOps or the Partner.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of our Website or Services.
- Transmitting any viruses, worms, or harmful code.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Website or Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks associated with SeqOps or the Partner.
- Using automated systems, including but not limited to bots, spiders, or scrapers to access theWebsite or Services without our express written permission.
- Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to export control laws and regulations.
- Using Website or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

SeqOps and the Partner reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any individual who engages in conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, SeqOps or the Partner may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.

Any such reproduction, distribution, modification or creation by you may invite strict legal action under applicable laws including but not limited to injunctions, cease and desist orders and recovery of damages.
9. Limitation of Liability
SeqOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Website or Services. SeqOps’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Services.
The provision of the Services bySeqOpsincludes enabling the User to enter into business relationships and agreements of various kinds with Partners. For the avoidance of doubt, SeqOps will only provide the means of such relationships and agreements. SeqOps will thus not be part of any such agreement. Therefore, the User agrees and understands that the rights and obligations as between the User and the Partner in such an agreement will apply exclusively between the User and the Partner in question and that SeqOps does not in any way or form undertake any responsibility whatsoever in relation to any party of such agreement other than providing the Services on the website. SeqOps does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all of these or any other third parties.
SeqOps does not warrant that the Services will always be available throughout the term. SeqOps’s liability to provide the Services shall be limited to correcting disruptions in the service environment as soon as reasonably possible. SeqOps does not assume responsibility for any damages that the User may suffer as a result of the Services not functioning as intended.
10. License and Restriction

18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SeqOps and its Partners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, action and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with Your use of SeqOps’sWebsite, or Services.
19. Force Majeure
SeqOps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions or for any loss or damage caused to the User or Partner if such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure Event.
20. Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditionswill remain in full force and effect.
21. Termination
These Terms and Conditions are valid until further notice.
SeqOps reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to our Website or Services at any time, with or without cause.
In circumstances where a Partner may have on-boarded You on to SeqOps’s Services, such Partner may suspend or terminate Your use of the Services for any reason in accordance with the agreement entered into between You and such Partner. SeqOps shall not be responsible for any such termination of Services by Partners.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.
23. Updates to Our Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion to reflect changes in our practices or policies or for legal and regulatory reasons. You are advised to check this page periodically for any updates.
24. Acceptance of these Terms
